Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

DKL Skateboarding ships orders Monday-Friday excluding holidays.Typically, orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of purchasing online with the exception of pre-orders or back-orders. Currently, we ship to all US territories and are working on expanding across the globe. We have found the U.S. Postal Service to be affordable and reliable, so all packages will either be shipped using USPS Priority or Parcel Post Mail. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, we will contact you via the email you provide us.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns will be credited to your account using the same method used for payment of your order. Returns must be in new condition and may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs may not be refunded. To start a return request, email us at help@dklskateboarding.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

  • We do not ship to International P.O. boxes.
  • All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.
  • We are required to complete a customs declaration with the retail value of the item(s) purchased, DKL Skateboarding cannot legally declare your order as a gift.
  • Our current available shipping method is through USPS. This can change at any time.
  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • Only the selected products are available to ship outside of the United States. Items we ship internationally are:
    • [INTL 4-Pack] Rubber Griptape + Flatfile
    • Orders of any other products will be canceled in our system.
  • We ship to international residential addresses only; we do not ship to businesses, hotels, motels or resorts outside of the U.S.
  • The customer assumes the cost of any return shipping for refunds or exchanges.
  • For lost or missing packages, the customer must notify us by email (help@dklskateboarding) within 60 days after the shipment date.
  • During the order verification step, we may contact you by email to request additional information. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days after our attempted contact, that order may be canceled.
  • International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If your order is refused upon delivery, it will not be returned to DKL Skateboarding and no refund will be processed.

EFFECTIVE DATE AND CHANGES

Effective Date of Shipping Policy: February 8, 2021. DKL Skateboarding reserves the right to make changes to our policies at our own discretion or to better serve you as we grow as a company. For modications, a change notice will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our site will effect a binding agreement to these changes.
